PRODUCT SUITABILITY:
Detailed photos and descriptions of our items are posted on the category page. Before ordering, please read them carefully to determine if a particular product will meet your requirements, or contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

WARRANTY:
Lubricants, Applicators and Dispensers are new and are covered by a 90 Day warranty against defects in manufacturing. All other items that we sell are Used or New Old Stock (NOS) and are SOLD AS IS, therefore we cannot offer any warranty for these items. Please read the descriptions and review the photos for detailed information regarding a particular item prior to purchase.

PAYMENT:
We only accept PayPal payments, credit card payments through PayPal, money orders and cashiers checks. If this is not convenient, please e-mail and let us know and we may be able to make other arrangements.

RETURNS:
All returns require an RMA Number. If you need to return an item, please use the "Contact" page to e-mail us and explain the reason for return. Broken, damaged, modified or used items are not returnable. If we sent the wrong item from what was ordered, or if the item was defective when received and not stated as such in the description, we will refund the return shipping and pay to ship the correct item. Shipping of return goods for other reasons are the responsibility of the buyer unless other arrangements have been made through the RMA process.

We have no control over how the items we sell are used or for what purpose they are used. Therefore, the user is fully responsible for any injury, damage or consequential damages that may occur directly or indirectly from the use of our products. These items are for use by competent adults only, and only for the purposes for which they were intended.

DAMAGE TO, OR LOSS OF, UNINSURED PACKAGES IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
